RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Return
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You have the right to return unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty products, skincare products, or cosmetics.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and which products you wish to return
- Send the products back in their original packaging to the address we provide
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a regretted purchase. In the event of a faulty or damaged item, Glow-Beauty24 will cover the shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and approved the return. The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
