Delivery and Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship your orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days within Sweden and longer for international shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 500 within Sweden. For orders under SEK 500, the shipping cost is SEK 49.

Do you ship to other countries?

Currently, we primarily deliver within Sweden, but we plan to expand to other EU countries soon. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We strive to offer products that are both vegan and cruelty-free. The product information for each item clearly indicates whether the product meets these criteria.

How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?

Each product has a detailed description indicating which skin type it is suitable for. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us and we will help you find the right products for your skin.

Do your products contain perfume or parabens?

We offer both fragranced and fragrance-free options. All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page so you can make an informed choice.

Ordering and Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common payment methods including cards (Visa, Mastercard), Swish, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can help you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day right of return for unopened products. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened beauty products.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Can I exchange a product?

For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges on beauty products. If the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Product Usage

How long do the products last?

Shelf life varies between products. Check the product packaging for the best-before date and the PAO symbol (Period After Opening).

How should I store my skincare products?

Store the products in a cool, dry place, preferably at room temperature and away from direct sunlight to preserve their effectiveness.
